The Denver Tech Center is home to several major businesses and corporations in the southeastern portion of the Denver Metropolitan Area, and soon Pax8 will be a part of that family.

Unified Building Group was hired by Northstar Commercial Properties to provide full construction management services to construct Pax8’s new company headquarters.  Pax8, a leading internet cloud distribution company, will be occupying 74,000 square feet of the 215,000 square foot, three-story building off Quebec Street in Greenwood Village. The new 74,000 square foot office space features exposed ceilings with high energy efficient suspended lighting, wall hung TV’s, oversized windows and, most notably, expansive views of the Front Range.
